They had an article recently on contaminants in herbal medications. As I have blogged about before, herbals ARE medications. The issue with herbals is when people hear “herbal” they think all is safe. Herbal anything sound like butterflies and sunshine with bright blue skies.
How could an HERBAL do anything
Injections can always cause bruising. (Sorry. Not to be graphic, but there is no way to put a needle in the skin without getting some blood.) You don’t have to do these things. But if you want to stack the deck in your favor against bruising, what can you do to help?
