Again, what is interesting here is looking at the numbers and trends.  Botox is the name of the game, with over 6 million treatments a year, and a skyrocketing presence since 2000.  The use of botox has increased by 700% since then, and it is by far the most common nonsurgical treatment.  Second is the soft tissue fillers.  I use both Botox and Fillers extensively in my practice, and they are a great nonsurgical way to hold off aging, particularly for my 30-50 year old patients.  The soft tissue filler use has increased 243% since 2000.  There has been a slight increase in laser hair removal, and constant chemical peel and microdermabrasion since 2000.

The only change in the top 5 since 2000 was sclerotherapy fell out of the top 5, and soft tissue fillers moved into the top 5.
