The end of April brings April showers

The Aesthetic meeting.
I am frequently asked “What is new in plastic surgery?” “Is there anything I should know about?”
I don’t go to the Aesthetic national meeting every year. Unfortunately there aren’t groundbreaking advances occurring so rapidly. But I love to go as the Aesthetic Society always has a good meeting. The vendor tent with the new machines and products is almost as fascinating as the meeting itself.
This year the meeting is in San Francisco. The topics include noninvasive new technologies, fat transfer techniques, panels of national specialists discussing new techniques and insights, new breast implants, new artificial tissue matrix, scar treatments, and other topics.
