Welcome

Welcome!

I am a plastic surgeon. I am a mother of three.  I have been in private practice for a decade.  After seeing hundreds of patients, particularly those with changes after motherhood, I see recurrent themes.  Changes following pregnancy and breastfeeding are inevitable.  But why do some women look better than others? When I had my first pregnancy I asked my colleagues for helpful hints to survive the pregnancy changes.  I know what happens, how it happens, what it looks like.  Could I stop it from happening to me?  It is like standing on the beach in front of a giant wave, knowing it is going to knock you over, but you can’t get out of the way.

So welcome to my blog.  This is a girlfriends guide to plastic surgery.  A big focus is on pregnancy and the mommy makeover.  I know of what I speak… as a doctor, and a mom…milk supply…jungle gym….

Please feel free to email me a question if you have something specific.
