Fillers

Fill fine lines of the lips and face, get rid of the tired eye look, gently lift the cheek, or create fuller lips with dermal fillers like JUVÉDERM®, Voluma®, Restylane®, Restylane® Silk (for fine lines), Restylane® Lyft (formerly Perlane®), Redensity, RHA2, RHA3, RHA4, and Sculptra®.

Botox® Cosmetic

BOTOX® injections are the number one cosmetic procedure in the US. It is a simple in-office procedure with no downtime, which helps the fine lines and wrinkles of the forehead, area between the brow, crow’s feet, and neck bands relax. Dr. Greenberg excels at subtle natural results. There is an art to injecting BOTOX® Cosmetic, and it can be done in a way which still allows for movement if desired.

microneedling

Microneedling is done in the office to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin. You see improvement in skin quality- firmness, fine wrinkling, pore size, and texture. We take advantage of the treatment to help hyaluronic acid and exosomes (Age Zero mesenchymal stem cells) penetrate into the skin. This is done as a series of three treatments spaced 1-2 months apart, coupled with skin care as part of the package.

What are the basics of skin care?

Skin care should start before the signs of damage are evident. We are exposed to the sun and elements constantly – driving to and from work, lunchtime outside in sunny Palo Alto. I usually recommend a skin care program to people in their 30s or older. Benefits are seen at any age.

I consider the basic tenets of skin care:

Sunscreen helps prevent getting further sun damage. Living in California, we have exposure to the sun all year. Sunscreen shouldn’t be just for the beach. You should wear SPF 15 or higher as part of your daily routine. Sun damage is a primary contributor to skin aging and cancers. I like the clear zinc blockers, as they provide mechanical protection against the sun. They are effective, and I feel the zinc sunblocks are safer for pregnant women and children than chemical sunblocks.
